Growing the next generation of land stewards.

Summer 2023 Special Cohort

Growing eco-conscious leaders.
Our signature program, the GreenHive Leadership Program, is a TEN-week workforce development and leadership program for college-aged residents. Through weekly training sessions and a final Legacy project, young leaders get hands-on experience designing, installing, maintaining, and advocating for better landscapes, while working side-by-side with other students to engage and educate public school children, and gain crucial leadership skills.

The GreenHive Leadership Program provides a structured format for college-aged leaders to become directly engaged in the ecological work being done in their own community, all while being paid to make our world a greener, more sustainable place.
